Carrot Cake Kila

Antara kek kegemaran Aqilah….  Healthy Food… Sbb lobak merah mengandungi vitamin C dan beta-karotena… Beta karotene baik untuk mata dan vitamin C baik untuk kulit… Ibu nak pelihara mata anak2 ibu.. dan pastikan kulit anak2 ibu cantik… So.. kek ini pilihan terbaik…

Ingredients

1C (100g) pecans/walnuts

3/4 pound / 2 1/2 cup raw carrot finely grated

2C all-purpose flour

1tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tbs baking powder

1/2 tbs salt

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon (kalu nak letak)

4 large eggs

1 1/2 C white sugar

1C vegetable oil

2 tsp vanilla extract

Methods

1. Heat oven 180C

2. Butter pan (23x 5cm)

3. Toast Pecans/Walnuts and chop.. Pakai kacang tanah pun ok..

4. Peel & finely grated the carrots

5. Whisk together flour,baking soda, baking powder, salt & ground cinnamon.

6. Beat eggs until frothy (about 1min), gradually add sugar and beat (3-4 min). Add oil and vanilla extract.

7. Mix no. 5 & no. 6, beat until incorporated.

8. Mix pecans/walnuts

9. Lastly bake sampai masak (Masukkan lidi, kalu clean dah masak ler tue..)
